Muscle Test – The Sway Test

Have you been struggling to muscle test yourself?

If so then the Sway Test might be the answer for you. It’s really fun and is great to use for both adults and kids alike!

I am working on making a video to show you how to do The Sway Test  but in the meantime here’s a video where Gwen Bonnell gives a really good description of how to do it:

Text Version Of How To Do This Fun Muscle Test

Stand with your feet together and hands crossed on your chest. Say the following to calibrate:
“My name is ___________(Your name)” Your body should sway forward
“My name is Benjamin Franklin” You should feel your body way back
Then, “Yes” – your body should sway forward
Then “No”
Think of something good – forward
Bad – back
Someone you love – forward
Someone you have a problem with – back

How To Use Ask & Receive To Stick To Your New Year's ResolutionsFollowing on from How To Use Ask & Receive To Get What You Want In 2012 (Pt 1) let's really hone in and blitz  those limiting beliefs that stop us from having what we want.

For each desire from your list you can go through your limiting beliefs. For example:

1. "There's a part of my Being that already knows (that it is possible to give up smoking within the next month)".

2. "That part of my Being is willing to inform the rest of me now".

3. "It is doing so now with grace and ease".

4. "My mind, body and Spirit are receiving this information.

5. "Information transfer is now complete".

Put your limiting beliefs into the positive and replace It is possible:

"That it is safe for me to easily give up smoking within the next month".
