Archive for Allergy-Related Conditions

My partner was my first guinea pig after I learned about clearing allergies with EFT Tapping. He suffered so badly and so did I for that matter. It was like he had ‘Man flu’ for three quarters of the year!!!

In this article I am going to teach you how I helped my partner eliminate hay fever and his nasty hay fever symptoms using the Allergy Antidotes system.

It all started when I was watching Gary Craig on one of his EFT DVD’s in 2006, as I was training to become an EFT Practitioner. He introduced someone called Sandi Radomski whose website is www.AllergyAntidotes.orgShe was having success using EFT Tapping to eliminate allergies. It’s funny when something just clicks isn’t it? You know when you see or meet someone who just inspires you? Well that’s what happened to me that day.

In this article we are going to look at what ADD stands for, ADD symptoms in children and what kinds of ADD treatment is available.

What Does ADD Stand For?

ADD stands for Attention Deficit Disorder and is now more commonly known as ADHD, which stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It is fast becoming one of the most commonly diagnosed behavioural disorders in children and young people and it often can persist into adulthood.

ADD Symptoms

Before I get into listing ADD symptoms I would like to tell you that there is an online test you can take on behalf of your child, based upon the DSM-5 criteria and other screening measures for ADD/ADHD reviewed by John M. Grohol, Psy.D at:

Self Help For Morning Sickness

Posted by: | Comments (2)

Alernative Morning Sickness RemedyWhen I was pregnant with my first child I remember asking my doctor and my mum, “How long does morning sickness last?” They reassured me that it would only last until I was about 3 months pregnant. I am sorry to tell you that they were wrong. It lasted until I gave birth!

I can remember a week when I couldn’t even lift my head off the pillow without heaving. I literally wanted to die! I actually remember thinking that I would like to go to sleep and never wake up. I just felt SO awful!

As soon as my baby came out I felt well again. How could that be? Well I have my own theory and let me tell you, if I had known then what I know now, I’m sure I wouldn’t have had to suffer like I did. I want to share what I know now with you, so that you don’t have to suffer like I did.

Headaches And Migraine Causes

Posted by: | Comments (0)

Migraines Causes - Are Allergies To Blame? If you suffer from headaches or migraines your life can be a misery can’t it? The pain can be excrutiating and there doesn’t appear to be anyone coming up with any cure that doesn’t involve taking drugs……….until now! Let us look at, what is probably a totally new concept to you, in what headaches and migraines causes are.

Migraines and headaches can be caused by allergies

According to Dr Devi Nambudripad, 90-95% of the 1,500 cases of migraine headaches that she treated over a three year period, recovered through clearing allergies alone!

Although a small percentage of migraine headaches can be caused by deficiencies, injuries and emotional disturbances, I have to agree with Dr Devi that most are caused by allergies. Migraines are an allergy affecting the nervous system because they are caused by an allergy of the brain tissue.

Hives CausesI have been asked by several people what causes hives or urticaria and angioedema. I have written this post to answer this question as it affects so many people.

Hives (urticaria) are itchy, red areas with white, raised, central circles and they look like mosquito bites. They can come and go over a one or two week period with no apparent reason.

Angioedema is a variant of hives. It presents as a marked swelling of the deeper tissues. It can be painful but it isn’t itchy.

Hives are a symptom of an allergic-reaction to certain substances.

I have compiled some lists of what these substances could be which I have taken from, “Allergies and Your Family,” by Doris Rapp M.D

 Which foods can cause hives?

Allergies/intolerances/sensitivities to these foods can cause hives:

Most common:

  • Chocolate
  • Eggs
  • Fish

Allergic Fatigue*  Are you feeling tired all the time?

*  Do you have no energy or motivation to do anything?

*  Has your doctor told you that there is no infection, diabetes or thyroid problem?

*  Have you been left feeling like you are a hypochondriac or time waster?

*  Are you eating a diet that you think is healthy and should be filling you with vitality but it just seems to be making you  worse?

*  Are you waking up feeling like you have had no sleep?

The list could go on!

If you suffer from even just one of the symptoms I have listed above you could be very likely suffering from allergic fatigue.

Absolutely any food or substance can cause allergic fatigue.
