Treating Allergies With A Healing LaserIt has been found that stimulating acupuncture or reflex points on the body, whilst holding an allergic substance, calms the system down and tells the body that it is safe.

How It All Started

As with many great inventions, Dr Devi Nambudripad found this out quite by accident. For years she had been suffering from asthma, bronchitis and muscle aches and pains. It got to a point where  she would lose consciousness if she ate anything other than broccoli or white rice. One day whilst she was waiting for her rice to cook she ate some pieces of carrot. She told her husband to bring her acupuncture needles immediately and she put them in.

Ok, now I’m angry. Pass me my laser quickly! Statins side effects just seem to be constantly be ignored.

How is it that the holistic health industry is constantly gagged and stopped from saying that it can help people get better because there aren’t enough clinical studies to support the amazing work that is being done?…………..

Then the papers are allowed to report headlines like these:

  • Statins could treat breast cancer in future
  • Statins: A miracle drug that could prevent and reverse disease
  • Statins linked to lower risk of prostate cancer death
  • Statins may improve survival rate for aneurysm

Are there any clinical trials to back these statements up you might ask?

Well we will come to that in a mo.

What I want to know is why the media only wants to promote the allegedly positive side effects of taking statins. Are they getting paid to advertise by pharmaceutical companies? I wonder.

Tomato Allergy

Posted by: | Comments (115)

Allergy To TomatoesWho would have thought that you could be allergic to tomatoes? After all they are supposed to be healthy aren’t they?It is rare to have a severe reaction to tomatoes but it is not unheard of for a tomato allergy to cause anaphylactic shock and even death!

If you are reading this you or someone you love has probably had a reaction to tomatoes. During your research you have read that tomato allergies are rare. If that were true then why is this post viewed by a couple of hundred people every day?  I have so many people email me all the time who are reacting to tomatoes.

Most people have what would normally be classed as an intolerance to tomatoes rather than tomato allergy in the medical sense. So you may not even notice any symptoms, or may not relate the symptoms to the tomato. Remember it can take up to 72 hours after we have ingested something for symptoms to present themselves.

Alcohol Addiction Caused By Alcohol Intolerance? It seems that people are drinking a lot more than they ever have, especially women. I want to take a look at what the possible reasons  for that are and investigate whether alcohol intolerance or alcohol allergy could be causing alcohol addiction and what you can do about it. I think the two main reasons are:

1)  Using alcohol to numb emotions

It could be that you are using alcohol as an anaesthetic to numb some kind of emotional pain or pains in your life. If you deal with the emotions or trauma you might find that you no longer need to use alcohol as a tranquiliser. Or maybe you use it as a reward after a hard day at work or with the children. There are various techniques to help deal with the emotional side of alcohol addiction but I am not going to deal with them here as I am looking specifically at allergies in this post.

Allergies In Children - Signs To Look Out For

Some signs of allergies in children can be quite obvious but sometimes you need to really look for them. I have written this post to help make it easier for you to identify these signs of allergies in your child.

Dr Doris Rapp says that we should look for:

  • Red earlobes or cheeks
  • Dark circles under the eyes
  • Wrinkles under the eyes
  • Puffy bags under the eyes
  • Glassy, glazed eyes
  • Nose rubbing or nose crease across the centre of the nose from always pushing it upwards

The Allergy Kit

Then look for a child who:

  • Has allergic relatives
  • Acts like “Dr Jeckill and Mr Hyde”
  • Earns “A’s” ond day and “F’s” the next
  • Cannot write, draw or do maths at times
  • Has poor school grades in relation to I.Q
  • Craves certain foods or odours

Headaches And Migraine Causes

Posted by: | Comments (0)

Migraines Causes - Are Allergies To Blame? If you suffer from headaches or migraines your life can be a misery can’t it? The pain can be excrutiating and there doesn’t appear to be anyone coming up with any cure that doesn’t involve taking drugs……….until now! Let us look at, what is probably a totally new concept to you, in what headaches and migraines causes are.

Migraines and headaches can be caused by allergies

According to Dr Devi Nambudripad, 90-95% of the 1,500 cases of migraine headaches that she treated over a three year period, recovered through clearing allergies alone!

Although a small percentage of migraine headaches can be caused by deficiencies, injuries and emotional disturbances, I have to agree with Dr Devi that most are caused by allergies. Migraines are an allergy affecting the nervous system because they are caused by an allergy of the brain tissue.

Hives CausesI have been asked by several people what causes hives or urticaria and angioedema. I have written this post to answer this question as it affects so many people.

Hives (urticaria) are itchy, red areas with white, raised, central circles and they look like mosquito bites. They can come and go over a one or two week period with no apparent reason.

Angioedema is a variant of hives. It presents as a marked swelling of the deeper tissues. It can be painful but it isn’t itchy.

Hives are a symptom of an allergic-reaction to certain substances.

I have compiled some lists of what these substances could be which I have taken from, “Allergies and Your Family,” by Doris Rapp M.D

 Which foods can cause hives?

Allergies/intolerances/sensitivities to these foods can cause hives:

Most common:

  • Chocolate
  • Eggs
  • Fish

Definition Of Allergy

Posted by: | Comments (0)

My Definition Of An AllergyThere seems to be some confusion about the definition of allergy. This dates back to 1925 when opinions in the medical world split and two camps were formed. I would like to try to clear this confusion by explaining a simplified medical definition, my allergy definition and the definition of others who I respect working in the allergy field.

Medical Allergy Definition

The medical profession tends to define an allergy as causing the activation of immunoglobulin type E(IgE) antibodies. However millions of people experience many allergic symptoms every day without producing these antibodies. The medical profession would call these sensitivities, hypersensitivities and intolerances, not allergies.

Some Alternative Allergy Definitions

Dr Devi Nambudripad, who developed NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques) states that, “An allergy is an adverse physical, physiological, and/or psychological response of an individual towards one or more substances also known as allergens”.

Were Allergies The Cause Of The Teenage Girl's Asthma Who Died?It saddened me to read that a girl had found her teenage sister dead, after she had suffered an acute asthma attack. It made me realise how important my work is and how important it is that I get my allergy clearing system into the hands of as many people as possible, as soon as possible!

The sad story

According to the London Evening Standard, Savanna Myers, aged 11 found her sister, Lakisha lying on the floor. She said, “I wanted to wake Lakisha up because I was bored but her face looked different. She had purple lips and was really pale, really scary looking”.

“I started screaming. The ambulance tried to make her breathe again but it was too late”.
