Allergy healingAllergy Healing – that’s what I help people do – heal their allergies!

I am SO grateful that I found Sandi Radomski and Dr Devi Nambudripad. They have made so any break-throughs in the world of Allergy Healing and have taught me so much.

I see so many people all around me every day coughing and spluttering or just generally looking very ill and I just want to shout out, “It doesn’t have to be that way you know. You don’t have to live like this!”

The sad truth is that they have probably been to the doctor and after having lots of tests there doesn’t seem to be anything ‘wrong’ with them. They know there definitely isn’t anything ‘right’ about feeling this awful but if the doctor says they can’t find anything wrong they have to resign themselves to the fact that it is either all in their mind or they are a hypochondriac.

What Causes Allergies?

Posted by: | Comments (0)

We are electrical beingsIt was Gary Craig who first introduced me to the idea that our bodies are electrical circuits. Blockages and imbalances in that circulation can cause allergies. There are several factors that can cause these blockages and imbalances. Let’s take a look at what they are:

1. Inherited from close and distant relatives. Inherited allergies do not always take the same form in different generations. For example a father with asthma could have a child with eczema. The predipositon for allergy has been passed on but not the actual type of allergy.

2. ‘Energy Mismatch’ as Jame Thurnell-Read calls it. I love this phrase and it describes beautifully the work that I do and what this site is all about. This describes the ‘clash’ that occurrs between a person and the unsuitable energies of foods, drinks, chemicals, pestisides, environmental factors, bacteria, viruses, fungus, moulds, heavy metals, vaccines, MSG, aspartme etc. The list is endless!

Healing LaserWhen I started writing about the many uses of my healing laser outside of my practice, I didn’t realise how long my list was going to be! It was far too long for one post so I decided to continue it here.

If you haven’t done so already you can read Healing Laser – Why Every Home Should Have One (Part 1) by clicking here.

So here are some of the ways that I have used my healing laser outside of my Holistic Allergy Practice and you could too:

1. If someone cuts or bruises themselves we use the laser on it. It really accelerates healing. It is big hit on the school playground!

The Healing Power Of Light

I wouldn’t be without my healing laser in my Holistic Allergy Practice or at home. I really do think that every home should have one! I always carry one in my bag! I use a Beurer Softlaser which is the same as Sandi Radomski uses in her Allergy Antidotes System and Ask and Receive

I’d like to share with you some of the many ways that I use my healing laser outside of my practice:

1.  I spray the light on my ears and sometimes other points on the body whilst holding a piece of food which I suspect is causing an imbalance in my energy system, thus causing unwanted symptoms. I have never liked the idea of eliminating foods from our diet that we like, especially if they are supposed to be healthy and nutritious. (Always consult your doctor before introducing something back into your diet which may have caused severe allergic reactions in the past). I do this for my children whilst they hold the offending food.

Common Allergies In Children

Posted by: | Comments (8)

Allergies In Children - What Are The Most Common?Today I wanted to take a look at some of the most common allergies in children, as well as allergy related conditions;  their symptoms and the culprits that are most likely to trigger them.

As I have said before, allergies are on the increase.  NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) say that there is a 500% rise in hospital admissions of children due to food allergies in the past 20 years (NICE).

Let’s take a look at some of the more common allergens for children. They are:

  1. Foods
  2. Pollens
  3. Dust
  4. Dust mites
  5. Animal dander (skin, saliva and urine on hair or fur)
  6. Feathers
  7. Cosmetics
  8. Moulds/molds
  9. Chemicals used for cleaning, air fresheners and chemicals on clothes and furniture
  10. Medicines (especially penicillin)
  11. Vaccines
  12. Venom from insect stings

Can Healthy Food Make Us Fat?Have you tried to lose weight so many times but always seem to fail? Been on every diet there is but just can’t seem to stick to them? Feel like you eat ‘healthy’ food but still feel fat?  You shouldn’t get down on yourself because it’s probably not your fault. It could be down to allergy related food reactions. Food reactions play a huge part in our success with weight loss.

What are the signs that I could have allergy related food reactions?

Some signs that you could have food allergies are:

  • Feeling bloated after a normal sized meal.
  • Mood being affected by certain foods.
  • Not being able to shift that last 5 to 15 pounds.
  • Wanting and eating the same types of food every day.
  • Indigestion, heartburn, wind/gas or acid reflux problems.
  • Swollen hands, feet or ankles, puffy face or a double chin.

Allergies In ChildrenAllergies in children are on the increase!

According to AAIR Charity the UK has the highest prevalance of allergies in Europe and ranks highest in the world! It says that potential fatal peanut allergies now affect one child in 70!

Why Do We Put Up With Them?

In my daughter’s class of 6 year olds there are 4 children who have inhalers for asthma. There are some children who constantly have coughs and colds. Then there are others who suffer with hay fever or behavioural problems. More still can’t eat wheat or dairy or peanuts or sugar or eggs…….etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

I want to understand why parents have accepted this as a way of life for their children. Have they been told that nothing can be done apart from taking medicine or avoiding the allergens? After all there is no way to get rid of allergies right? WRONG!

Little Miss Funny Face!

It’s funny because I found myself chatting to a Mum at school today. I was telling her about how amazed I was that my daughter’s cough had almost gone. I checked myself and said, “Why do I still find it so unbelievable that our bodies are such incredible healing machines and that using my healing laser had really helped the healing process?” After all I am seeing this all the time!

It all started on Tuesday morning when my 5 year old daughter had a bit of a cough and husky voice. She didn’t have a temperature and was fine in herself so she went to school. By the time I picked her up it had turned into quite a troublesome cough. She had a friend coming to play and she could hardly speak to her without coughing. Her friend was almost as bad as her!
